How to Use
With clean hands, apply 2 pumps of Daily Nectar to the vulva (the external lips of the vagina, including the clitoris) each day for the first 2 weeks to bring the tissue back to life.
Once you feel a response (anywhere from 1 day to 1 month), reduce your daily dosage to 1-2 pumps per day or adjust to the proper rhythm for your body. Some women use it daily, while the lowest effective dose is 2 pumps 2x/week.
